This detached half timbered farmhouse from the Calvados region, around 200 years old, has been completely restored  with very high-quality materials. The result is a house with an original character combined with modern design and comfort.
The house is very suitable for couples or families of up to 6 people (4 adults / 2 children) and offers a stylish place with peace and quiet and with lots of light, in the middle of the 'Val Sery', a little valley in Calvados, far away from the stress of mass tourism but with Wi-Fi and Internet, TV through fibre (fast).

At the entrance there is a roof on the outside, inside you enter a space of approximately 3 m2.
Furthermore you walk to the kitchen, with a dishwasher, a large fridge / freezer, a combi oven and a kitchen boiler.
The living room has a staircase to the top, where there is a landing where you will find a lovely childrens corner with bed ( 1.60 m) and playground, and a door to a 2 person bedroom  (eventually here can be arranged an extra (baby) bed).
This floor is approximately 22 m2.
The living room contains a beamed ceiling and an old-fashioned fireplace with wood burning stove.

Opposite the fireplace is an open cupboard. Along this cupboard you come through a narrow walk into the downstairs 2-person bedroom of approximately 18 m2.

The living room is located in the vicinity of the kitchen and a seating area near the fireplace.

There is also a door to a separate dining room.

The bathroom is spacious, recently updated and contains a toilet, shower, washing machine, hanging cupboards and boiler.

Outside you will find a swimming pool (placed from april till end of september), terrace with bbq, childrens playground, large nature garden for a walk, with nice views and seats.
